The double bed

The following is the information we need of you in order to make a booking:
  • Time of arrival.
  • By what means you are arriving, so we know where you are if something happens.
  • A fax number or email so that we can confirm the booking.
  • We only reserve via credit card, Visa or Master card. The numbers should only be given by phone or fax once we have talked and are ready to confirm the booking, that is if you have decided not to do the booking online.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a simple policy with credit card bookings. We do not charge the credit card. On your arrival you may pay in cash or via credit card, unless otherwise specified.

However, you have up until 15 days prior to your arrival to cancel. If you do not cancel in the period of 15 days before you arrive, we will reserve the right to charge you one night of the booking established.

Also, once booked in or registered shortened stays will not be accepted.

Note. Our Barcelona apartments are booked very much in advance. Since we specialize in short stays the same policy applies as above to our Barcelona Apartment bookings, but in the case of a noshow or a same day cancellation, the full amount due can be charged to you in accordance to decret 53/1994 del Departament de Turisme i Comerç de la Genralitat de Catalunya.
